  • Long-term stays start from 30 nights. We also offer mid-term stays of 1–6 months and the best rates on 6-month-plus leases. Shorter vacation stays from a single night are available too.

  • Yes — homes come fully furnished and equipped, including kitchen appliances and cookware, bedding, linens and towels. Free parking, 24/7 gated security, and access to the beach, pools and community amenities are included. Utilities such as electricity, and in some units internet and cable, may be billed separately depending on the unit and lease term — we'll confirm this on your quote.

  • Yes. Homes have internet connectivity suitable for video calls and streaming, and dedicated coworking spaces are planned as part of Caracol Village. Panama runs on Eastern Standard Time year-round, which keeps you aligned with North America.

  • Many of our homes are pet-friendly. Let us know about your pet when you enquire and we'll match you with a suitable unit and confirm any conditions.
